Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo Earrings | grand size

Inspired by the birdlife in my local area, these sulphur-crested cockatoo earrings are part of the 'Australian Neighbourhood Birds' collection.

They are created from cut pieces of fluid artwork (designed from a hand drawn sketch), which are then carefully pieced together by hand.  Each pair has it's own unique pattern & makes them one-of-a-kind pair.

The final coat of resin gives the pieces are beautiful shine, but also brings out the shimmer in the paints - and with these cockatoo earrings, it's a beautiful pearlescent shimmer, with hints of blues/violets/pinks - all coming to life when the light catches it.
